Head of Compliance
As Head of Compliance you will oversee the company’s compliance activities, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and risk management protocols. This is a critical role in developing a implementing compliance strategies, managing compliance audits and reports, and leading the compliance team.
- 10 yrs of working experience

Compliance Manager
As Compliance Manager you will stay up-to-date with current and emerging regulations and ensure our operations comply with all applicable laws and industry standards. You will identify, assess, and mitigate compliance risks, developing and implementing strategies to address potential issues.
- Develop, implement, and maintain effective compliance policies and procedures.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on compliance matters, ensuring awareness and understanding of relevant regulations.

Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO)
As MLRO you will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks related to anti-money laundering compliance, ensuring that all regulatory requirements are met. You will be instrumental in monitoring transactions, identifying potential risks and maintaining a robust compliance framework.

Junior Client Accountant
As Junior Client Accountant, you will support the client accounting team by handling daily tasks and assisting with client-related financial matters. Your responsibilities will include bookkeeping, bank reconciliations, preparing financial statements, and assisting with tax and regulatory filings. You will also communicate with clients and other departments, ensuring timely and accurate financial information.

1 to 3 years of accounting experience, preferably in the offshore sector, is preferred.

A degree in accounting or a related field, or relevant professional qualifications like ACCA.

Demonstrate a good understanding of accounting fundamentals and a willingness to learn.

Senior Corporate & Trust Administrator
This role manages the administration of a portfolio of client companies and trusts, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and providing excellent client service. You will handling corporate secretarial work, manage client relationships, and potentially overseeing junior team members.
Key responsibilities include acting as a client director, ensuring central management and control of the relevant jurisdiction, attending client meetings and reviewing key governance documents, agreements and financial statements. The role also involves support bank account openings and contributing to the development of client compliance policies.
- A Degree in Law and Management or a Professional qualification (ACCA/ICSA/STEP) is required.
- Excellent knowledge of Legal & Regulatory framework.
- At least 4 years of working experience as a Corporate Administrator or
at least 3 years in a Senior Corporate Administrator’s role within a
Management Company.
Junior Corporate & Trust Administrator
You will provide support in managing client’s corporate and trust structures, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. This role involves assisting with document preparation and maintaining records. It may also involve facilitating communication with clients and other stakeholders, arranging entity formations and meetings, and reporting to senior administrators.
- STEP qualified, Degree in Finance and Law or Degree in Management.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Ability to be multitask, prioritise and manage time effectively.
- Facilitate opening of client bank accounts.
- Assist with drafting of client governance and compliance policies.
Graduate Trainee
