Bavita founded BTG in 2013 and serves as Chief Executive Officer, holding day-to-day responsibility for client service, regulatory compliance, and the firm’s strategic direction. She has grown the practice from a small operation into a boutique fiduciary group serving clients across Africa, Europe, and the Middle East, and is also a shareholder in the business. A qualified Chartered Secretary, Bavita brings more than twenty years of experience across corporate administration, governance, and client service. She is known for the calm authority she brings to complex structures, and for the long-term relationships she has built with the families, advisers, and institutions who continue to entrust BTG with their most important affairs.
Hemisha joined BTG as Head of Compliance and has since been appointed an Executive Director. She brings extensive experience across financial services, legal practice, and global corporates, and has designed and implemented compliance, AML, and risk frameworks aligned with international standards. Within the firm she is responsible for the integrity of BTG’s regulatory environment and for the strength of its stakeholder relationships across the jurisdictions in which the firm operates.
Pravesh leads BTG’s business development and is often the first point of contact for prospective clients and intermediaries. He works closely with the wider team to translate client situations into the right structuring conversations, drawing on more than a decade of experience across legal, compliance, and fiduciary services. STEP qualified, with a degree in Law and Management, Pravesh is known for the depth of his technical understanding and the patient, advisory approach he brings to long-term relationships.
Joshna joined BTG as a Client Relationship Manager, holding direct accountability for the administration of a portfolio of client structures. An Associate of the Chartered Governance Institute (ACIS), UK, she brings more than fifteen years of Mauritius financial services experience, beginning her career as a Corporate Administrator with one of the country’s leading management companies and progressing through several established firms in the industry.
Tinusha joined BTG as a Senior Corporate and Trust Administrator, overseeing the day-to-day administration of trusts, foundations, global business companies, authorised companies, and foreign companies registered in Seychelles and the Bahamas. She brings broader experience from an extensive career in the insurance, wealth management, and global business sectors. A specialist in Trust and Corporate Administration, Tinusha is currently completing an MBA specialising in Financial Services.
Ishanee is a Senior Corporate and Trust Administrator with eighteen years of industry experience. She oversees a broad range of administrative activities across corporate and trust operations, with day-to-day responsibility for accuracy, efficiency, and regulatory compliance on the structures in her portfolio. Ishanee holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and has built deep expertise in corporate administration, trust management, and regulatory coordination across the BTG client base.
Richard is a Senior Corporate and Trust Administrator with thirteen years of experience in financial services. He looks after a diverse portfolio of local and international clients, providing direct support across administration, regulatory compliance, and operational matters. A STEP Affiliate, Richard is currently completing his ACCA professional qualification, and is known within the team for combining technical depth with a calm, responsive approach to client work.
Zyshan is a Corporate and Trust Administrator at BTG, working across complex corporate structures and trust arrangements for clients in his portfolio. He is focused on precision in the technical work and on building the kind of long-term client relationships that define the firm. Zyshan holds a BA (Hons) in Business and Management and is an Affiliated member of STEP.
Natasha is a Corporate and Trust Administrator with more than ten years of experience across corporate, operations, executive, and fiduciary services. She has developed strong expertise in the administration of global business companies, trusts, and foundations, and contributes that depth to a range of client structures within the BTG portfolio. Natasha has specialised in Business Accounting and Finance as well as Business Administration and Management.
Nishta is a Junior Corporate and Trust Administrator with more than three years of experience in the offshore sector across corporate administration, compliance support, and trust services. Her day-to-day work covers the maintenance of corporate records, preparation of statutory documents, and ongoing support on client portfolios. Nishta is currently studying towards the ICSA qualification.
Teeshabye joined BTG as an Administrative Officer and has since progressed to the role of Junior Corporate and Trust Administrator. She is recognised within the team for her organisational discipline, attention to detail, and the steady, professional manner she brings to administrative and corporate processes.
Rishta joined BTG in March 2024 as an Administrative Clerk, bringing more than ten years of experience from her previous role as a Notary Clerk in a Mauritian notary firm. She provides day-to-day administrative support across the wider team and contributes to the smooth running of client work behind the scenes.
Sarvam joined BTG and leads the Client Accounting team, with sixteen years of experience in the Mauritius financial services sector. He began his career as an Accountant with one of the country’s leading management companies, and brings deep expertise across IFRS application, audit monitoring, and tax compliance. Sarvam is part-qualified with the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).
Navisha has been with BTG for almost ten years and looks after Client Collections, with responsibility for client communication, billing follow-up, and administrative support around the firm’s commercial relationships. She is known for the discretion, clarity, and care she brings to a sensitive part of the practice.
Jodisha joined BTG as Head of Human Resources and is responsible for the people side of the firm, from talent acquisition and learning development through to performance, reward, and employee engagement. She brings more than twenty years of experience across the hospitality and financial services sectors, with a focus on building the kind of long-tenured, high-trust teams that fiduciary work demands.
Renuka has been with BTG for six years as Receptionist and Office Administrator, managing front-desk operations, first contact with visiting clients, and the daily administrative support that keeps the office running. She is often the first voice or face clients meet, and is known across the firm for the warmth and steady professionalism she brings to that role.
